AT&T to Open Region Headquarters in Dubai

T&T is opening a regional headquarters for the Middle East in Dubai. In 2005 AT&T announced the deployment of its network infrastructure in the region, initially in Qatar in cooperation with Qtel and further deployments in the region are planned including in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
