Ixia agreed to purchase the mobile video and multimedia test product lines of Dilithium Networks for $5.1 million in cash. Verizon Wireless added a record 2.0 million net wireless customers in Q4 2005, an increase of 20.5 percent over the fourth-quarter 2004. Lucent Technologies reported revenues of $2.05 billion for its first quarter of fiscal 2006, a decrease of 16 percent sequentially and a decrease of 12 percent from the year-ago quarter.
