ADC has acquired all the outstanding shares it did not previously own of Israeli start-up G-Connect. The purchase price was not disclosed. G-Connect develops, manufactures, and markets an IP service gateway system that serves large and medium-sized Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
