Second Two Galileo Satellites Launched

Telefónica to Sell Call Center Business for EUR 1 Billion

Telefónica agreed to sell its Atento call center business to Bain Capital for EUR 1 billion. Atento operates 165 contact centers in 17 countries and employs 156,000 employees. The business has 2011 revenue of EUR 1.802 billion from approximately 560 corporate clients.
