Mirantis to Acquire TCP Cloud for Managing Continuous Upgrades

Mirantis agreed to acquire TCP Cloud, a start-up headquartered in Prague that specializes in  managed services for OpenStack, OpenContrail and Kubernetes. Financial terms were not disclosed.
