A turnaround is in sight for U.S. telecommunications equipment spending, according to The Telecommunications Industry Association's (TIA) newly issued 2004 Telecommunications Market Review and Forecast. The industry association believes the network equipment market bottomed out in 2003 at $14 billion and is predicting a 2.3% increase to $14.4 billion for 2004.
