Reliance Communications announced plans to list its undersea cable business in an initial public offering (IPO) that potential could be valued at over US$1 billion. Media reports state that the company could sell 75% of the undersea cable business.


John Lazar will return to his role as CEO of Metaswitch Networks, replacing Kevin DeNuccio who will continue to assess strategic initiatives that can complement Metaswitch's core business plan and product portfolio. Both executives will remain on the Board of Directors.
