Altice Complete Cablevision Deal, Now No.4 Cable Operator in U.S.

Altice completed its previously announced acquisition of Cablevision Systems, the leading MSO in the NY metro region. Cablevision together with Suddenlink will form Altice USA, the #4 cable operator in the U.S., which serves more than 4.6 million Optimum and Suddenlink customers across 20 states.
