LSI will acquire the assets of the hard disk drive semiconductor (HDD) business of Infineon Technologies. Huawei Supplies Nearly 40% of China Netcom's Optical Access

Huawei Technologies is to supply nearly 40% of China Netcom's optical access solutions making it the operator's largest partner in the optical field. Huawei said it received the largest share of a recent optical access contract at China Netcom from a field of a dozen bidding suppliers.
