Responding Broadcom's recently filed antitrust complaints, QUALCOMM said the claims are "without merit", noting that it has granted more than 130 licenses to its essential patents to a broad range of companies. Intel and Corning are partnering to develop ultra low thermal expansion (ULE) glass photomask substrates required for Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography.
