IBM Wins 7-Year Services Deal with Canada's Rogers Comm

Canada-based Rogers Communications has awarded a seven-year contract to IBM for information technology (IT) services and support. Specifically, IBM will support Rogers' ongoing information technology transformation with a stable and highly available IT environment. Vitesse Announces Settlement With KPMG

Vitesse Semiconductor has reached a settlement with its former auditing firm KPMG LLP. Under the settlement, KPMG has agreed to pay Vitesse $22.5 million and forgive all past indebtedness.
