IDT Praises the FCC for Rejecting Global Crossing's Request for an Expedited Review

IDT Corporation praised the FCC for its rejection of Global Crossing's request for an expedited review of the restructured sale of Global Crossing to Singapore Technologies Telemedia (STT). Alcatel to Acquire TiMetra for IP/MPLS Edge Routers

Alcatel announced plans to acquire TiMetra, a start-up based in Mountain View, California, for its forthcoming line of IP/MPLS edge routers. Alcatel agreed to pay approximately US$150 million in Alcatel American Depositary Shares and Alcatel shares for the total capital of TiMetra.
