Agilent Acquires PXIT for Optical Signal Testing

Agilent Technologies has acquired PXIT Inc., a privately held company that provides signal integrity testing systems for broadband optical transceiver manufacturers. Financial details were not disclosed. All of PXIT's Massachusetts-based employees have joined Agilent.



Agilent said the acquisition helps it to continue to innovate in the manufacturing test market, serving R&D and manufacturing customers.
