Australia's Telstra Selects Amdocs

Telstra has awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract to Amdocs and Cramer -- now part of Amdocs -- to provide software and services for its IT Transformation Program.



Amdocs' new Service Management Suite will be used to help Telstra improve the management and fulfillment of services to its customers through the integration of its operational and business support systems (BSS). At the heart of the suite is the innovative Business and Operational Support System Manager product or B/OSS Manager -- the only offering on the market that spans both BSS and OSS.
