Nominum Appoints President and COO

Nominum has promoted Tom Tovar to President and Chief Operating Officer. He previously was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Nominum. Prior to Nominum, Tom was the Vice President in charge of corporate development at Netscreen Technologies, which was acquired by Juniper Networks.
