AudioCodes Reports Q2 Revenue of $33 Million, up 6% over Q1

AudioCodes reported Q2 revenue of $33.3 million compared to $31.3 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 and $28.5 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. Second quarter revenues grew 6.3% sequentially and increased 16.7% compared to the second quarter of 2005.



Net income was $3.3 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2006 compared to net income of $2.3 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2006 and net income of $3.1 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2005. http://www.audiocodes.com
