Ikanos Communications reported Q2 net revenues of $41.2 million, a sequential increase of 15% from the $35.8 million reported for the first quarter of 2006 and an increase of 115% from the $19.2 million reported for the second quarter of 2005. GAAP net loss for the second quarter of 2006 was $2.2 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, on 27.1 million weighted average shares. This compares with a net loss of $1.4 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, on 24.5 million weighted average shares in the first quarter of fiscal 2006 and with a net loss of $0.4 million, or a loss of $0.24 per diluted share, on 1.8 million weighted average shares in the second quarter of 2005.
