AT&T Gains Video Franchise in North Chicago

The North Chicago City Council voted to approve a competitive video agreement with AT&T. The agreement is the first of its kind for AT&T in Illinois.



AT&T said it would invest in North Chicago to upgrade its communications network to provide switched IP based video services under its AT&T U-Verse TV brand.
