World Wide Packets Hires Marconi Exec for EMEA

World Wide Packets announced the appointment of Andy Charalambous as vice president of EMEA. Most recently, he served as Vice President of EMEA for Marconi's Data Networks Division, where he was responsible for leading Marconi into next generation data networking. In this position, he worked to maintain several strategic partnerships for Marconi, drove revenues and signed many significant contracts, including Kingston Communications and British Telecom. Prior to Marconi, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at Orchestream Holdings.
