Enterasys Files for 1-for-8 Reverse Split

Enterasys Networks filed a proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in regards to a planned 1-for-8 reverse split. If the plan is approved by shareholders, Enterasys expects the reverse split to become effective on October 28, 2005. http://www.enterasys.com
