3Com Appoints New CTO

3Com appointed Marc Willebeek-LeMair as its new CTO. He previously was CTO and Chief Strategy Officer of TippingPoint, 3Com's security division. Prior to TippingPoint, he spent 10 years at the T.J. Watson Research Center of IBM where he was responsible for the exploration of High Bandwidth Systems, Intelligent Infrastructure Technologies, as well as streaming audio and video applications. http://www.3com.com
