Notel Acquires Tasman Networks for Enterprise Routers

Nortel Networks agreed to acquire Tasman Networks, a supplier of high-performance enterprise routers, for US$99.5 million in cash.Tasman's IP WAN routers are aimed at small to medium-sized branch office deployments.
