Verizon to Sell its 20% Ownership Interest in TELUS

Verizon Communications plans to sell its 20.5% minority ownership interest in TELUS, the largest telecommunications company in Western Canada and the second largest in Canada. Verizon has engaged Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets as managing underwriters. http://www.verizon.com
