Denmark's Largest Service Provider Selects SupportSoft

TDC Solutions, one of the largest Nordic DSL providers, has selected SupportSoft's service automation solutions to enhance customer service for its 450,000 retail DSL customers. TDC Solutions intends to use SupportSoft's Service Automation Suite to provide assisted service and self-service; SupportSoft SmartAccess, which automates the installation of a DSL connection; and SupportSoft HomeNet, which automates the installation and management of a home network. http://www.supportsoft.com
