SupportSoft Releases Broadband Automation Suite for SMBs

SupportSoft released a new suite of solutions aimed at automating broadband installation, ongoing support and delivery of value-added services for small and midsize businesses (SMBs).
SupportSoft said its new "BusinessExpress" suite could help service providers address companies that may not be large enough to have their own IT organization, but still have complex computing environments that require reliable, ongoing technical support.

The software helps improve the broadband installation process; provides knowledge-enabled self-service and intelligent assisted service; enables easier installation and management of value-added services such as a VPN, anti-virus protection, software blockers for unwanted spam, malware, pop-up or spyware, and Web conferencing; and supports multi-channel support options, including phone, personalized self-service and intelligent chat. http://www.supportsoft.com
