Motorola and NEC to Collaborate on Wireless Roaming

NEC America and Motorola agreed to jointly develop a converged WLAN, VoIP and cellular communication solution for enterprise customers based on industry standards. Financial details of the agreement are not being disclosed. General availability for the solution is targeted for the second half of 2004.
