  • In February 2001, ADC agreed to acquire CommTech Corporation, a provider of end-to-end service order management, provisioning and activation software, for approximately $185 million in stock (13.25 million ADC shares). CommTech had developed a FastFlow software suite for order management, flow-through provisioning and service activation components. The FastFlow capabilities were seen as complementary to ADC's own Singularit.e OSS suite.
