ARRIS to Resell Com21's CMTS

ARRIS will re-brand and re-sell Com21's DOXcontroller 1000XB cable modem termination system (CMTS) worldwide. The DOXcontroller 1000XB adds a small scale DOCSIS 2.0-based and Layer 3 capable CMTS to the ARRIS portfolio of next generation high speed data products.
