Sockeye Maps ISP Billing Terms into GlobalRoute Service

Sockeye Networks released a new version of its GlobalRoute service that lets companies map Internet service provider (ISP) contract terms directly into the route decision making platform. The GlobalRoute 3.0 lets companies automatically manage multiple ISPs for performance and cost. EBSCO Publishing is using the service to manage the distribution of terabytes of periodical data to its customers through four different ISPs with a total of 18 different billing tiers.
