Kagoor Networks Enhances Security of Avaya Hosted IP Telephony

Avaya will enhance the security features of its IP telephony solutions through interoperability with and joint marketing of Kagoor Networks' VoiceFlow products. The joint solution could be uses as a VoIP firewall that helps service providers and enterprise conserve their public IP addresses. The combined Avaya and Kagoor solution allows IP phone users in an Avaya Hosted IP Telephony environment to utilize the entire range of business calling features, including IP phones, softphones and AUDIX voicemail with the benefits of VoIP firewall, Network Address Translation (NAT) and data firewall traversal functionality. Kagoor's VoiceFlow provides transparent, dynamic and secure VoIP NAT features and functions as a VoIP firewall solution addressing the full range of Avaya's H.323 Hosted IP Telephony calling features.
