Ericsson Refinances $2 Billion Loan

Ericsson signed a new USD 2 billion multi-currency revolving credit facility and refinanced its credit facility signed in 2007. The new facility has a tenor of five years, with two extension options of one year each, and the facility serves for general corporate purposes.

HSBC Bank plc and Nordea acted as coordinators.
