Optelian Appoints Stephen Loudermilk as Director of Marketing

Optelian, which develops optical transport networks, has appointed Stephen Loudermilk as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Optelian, Mr. Loudermilk oversaw social media, marketing, analyst and public relations for Alcatel-Lucent's Services Group.
