Renesys, which has been tracking the Internet cut-off in Egypt, reported that Noor, the last remaining service provider, went offline on Monday evening local time. Noor provides Internet service for a number of Egyptian banks and the country's stock exchange.
The country's four largest ISPs, Telecom Egypt, Raya, Link Egypt, Etisalat Misr, and Internet Egypt, went offline in rapid succession on 28-January-2011 beginning at 00:34am local time.
