Broadsoft Completes IPO -- Nasdaq: BSFT

BroadSoft completed an initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock, which is now being on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "BSFT."

The shares were initially priced at $9.00 per share. After the first day of trading, the share price closed at $8.30.
