Barcelona-based Fractus has entered into a non-exclusive, worldwide patent license agreement with Motorola. The agreement includes a license under all of Fractus' patents related to internal antennas and covers the sale of all Motorola products.
Fractus noted that it has recently filed patent infringement lawsuits against ten leading cell phone manufacturers. The company believes this licensing deal with Motorola represents a major milestone in its efforts to obtain recognition for its work. Fractus claims over 80 patents worldwide, including over 30 United States patents.
