Entropic Communications Completes IPO

Entropic Communications completed an initial public offering (IPO) of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $6.00 per share (before underwriting discounts and commissions). All of such shares are being offered by Entropic Communications. Certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a total of up to 1,200,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any.



Entropic's common stock is now trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "ENTR".
