NetXen, a start-up making 10 Gigabit Ethernet networking chips for enterprise datacenters, announced that Walt Wallach has been appointed as vice president of software engineering and that Chuck Tybur has been appointed as vice president of worldwide sales.
Prior to joining NetXen, Wallach was vice president of Software and Strategy at Penguin Computing, leaders in Linux clustering and management software. Prior to Penguin, he led the clustered database effort for Industry Standard Servers at Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Tybur joined NetXen from Intel Corporation, where he served in diverse sales and marketing roles throughout his 17-year career with that company. http://www.netxen.com
