JDSU Appoints President of Communications Test Business

JDSU named Thomas Waechter as president of its Communications Test & Measurement business. He will report directly to Kevin Kennedy, JDSU's president and chief executive officer. Most recently, Waechter was the chief operating officer of Harris Stratex Networks, an independent supplier of wireless transmission systems, where he was responsible for global operations, sales, services and customer satisfaction. http://www.jdsu.com
