BT to Acquire a French Network Services Provider

BT submitted an offer to CS Communication & Systèmes, a French IT systems and network services provider, to acquire its Mission Critical Infrastructures division for up to EUR 60 million. The division employs approximately 1,400 people and made EUR 137.7 million revenue in 2006.
