JDSU Offers Optical Component Environmental Test System for FTTx

JDSU introduced its Optical Component Environmental Test System (OCETS) Plus for optical component qualification testing, including the a large-scale automated test system capable of repeatable return loss measurements up to 70dB. The solution can be used for system production and qualification of FTTx components.



With over 420 test ports now supported (more than double earlier versions), OCETS Plus runs on JDSU EasyOCETS software that enables streamlined test set-up, monitoring, graphing, and database interfacing of up to twelve 32-port PON splitters. http://www.jdsu.com
