Juniper Appoints Michael Lawrie to Board

Juniper Networks appointed Michael Lawrie, chief executive, Misys plc, to its board of directors. Mr. Lawrie will replace Frank Marshall, who joined the board in connection with the April 2004 completion of the NetScreen Technologies, Inc. acquisition.
