VoiceLog, a provider of third party verification services, launched a new VirtualLogger division that will provide call recording and quality monitoring under a hosted/application services provider model. The service targets call centers, enabling them to eliminate the upfront capital costs of deploying their own call recording system. The company said that more than 70% of U.S. call centers are now using some form of call recording and quality monitoring.
In addition, VirtualLogger offers other agent optimization technologies, such as speech analytics and real-time dashboards on a similar "hosted" basis.
