Global Crossing has appointed Michael Toplisek as senior vice president for global enterprise and collaboration services, while Niall Anderson, Wilfried Roettgers and Julie Masino take on sales leadership roles as regional vice presidents for the United Kingdom, continental Europe and the central region of North America, respectively.
