Centennial Deploys Nortel CS 2000 VoIP in Puerto Rico

Centennial Communications is deploying Nortel's Communication Server (CS) 2000-Compact in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic to deliver the full suite of voice services to business and residential customers, including voice mail and long distance calling. The deployment also includes Nortel's Media Gateway 15000, designed to help switch voice calls more cost-effectively with the public phone network. Financial terms were not disclosed.
