Verilink Hires VP of Engineering

Verilink announced the appointment of Thi Nguyen to Vice President of Engineering. Previously, he was the Vice President of Software Engineering at Polaris Networks, where he led the development of a next-generation, multiservice optical digital cross connect product. Prior to Polaris, Nguyen was a Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems, where he led a 100+ member team across multiple sites that was responsible for the development of software and hardware platforms for Cisco's voice and media gateway products.
