Conexant Announces Workforce Reductions

Conexant Systems announced plans to reduce its worldwide workforce by approximately 300 employees by the end of the calendar year. The company cited merger-related synergies and its 's revenue outlook for the September quarter, which was communicated in its recent quarterly earnings call at the end of July, and is lower than the company expected one quarter ago.
