BroadSoft Names Chris MacFarland as VP of Operations

BroadSoft has appointed Chris MacFarland as its new vice president of operations. MacFarland comes to BroadSoft from Allegiance Telecom, Inc., a facilities-based national local exchange carrier, where he served as the company's senior vice president and CTO.
