Z-Tel Deploys Netrake Session Controllers

Z-Tel Communications has deployed Netrake's session controllers to support its nationwide rollout of VoIP services for its residential and business users. Z-Tel is migrating from the Unbundled Network Element-Platform (UNE-P) to more of a facilities-based model that utilizes VoIP as its backbone. Netrake's nCite session controllers include the ability to support VoIP Peering, as well as, new residential and enterprise VoIP customers on the same platform.
