Sonim Raises $28 Million for its Push-to-Talk Technology

Sonim Technologies, a start-up based in San Mateo, California, announced $28 million in Series C financing for its Push-to-Talk technology for wireless networks. Sonim develops valued-enhanced applications for GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA and CDMA 2000 networks. Its Push-to-Talk solution is compliant with the recently announced Push to talk over Cellular (PoC) specification.
