Covad Reaches 500,000 Line Milestone

Covad Communications has reached the milestone of 500,000 lines in service -- up approximately 31% from the beginning of the year. During Q3, Covad continued to expand its partnerships with AT&T, MCI and Z-Tel to include line splitting.
